How can I check-in online?
To check-in online you can use the “check-in” option when you visit their website. You can get a printable PDF file after you have successfully booked a ticket. We recommend to print the boarding pass before you leave home to avoid any delay and a hassle free trip. If you don’t have a printer, you can save the boarding pass and email it to yourself or someone else to print from a PC with printing facilities, for example at work or at an internet café. For security reasons you’ll be required to show the printed boarding pass along with a photo ID at the airport. I have a lot of old Passbook boarding passes, how do I delete them?
Passbook boarding passes don’t expire on your device like the standard EasyJet mobile boarding passes so you have to delete them manually. To do this, please select the ‘i’ in the bottom left hand corner of a Passbook boarding pass. The Passbook boarding pass will spin round to show the information section. Select the bin icon in the top left of the screen and then the Passbook pass will be deleted.
Can I use a mobile boarding pass on my iPad or iPad Mini?
No, mobile boarding passes will only be accepted on an iPhone or an iPod Touch due to the size and shape of airport boarding pass scanners.
Do they allow baby food inside the aircraft?
Yes, you can carry baby food and milk on-board as part of your cabin baggage. You may be asked to taste the baby milk or food at the security area. If you are not traveling with an infant this will not be allowed by the airport security personnel for security reasons and passengers safety. What items are not permitted inside my baggage?
The following items are not permitted to be carried as hand or hold baggage:
- Live animals – guide dogs, hearing dogs or helping dogs will be exempted into this rule.
- Human and animal cell specimen
- Printer toners (cartridges) greater than 500g
- Gas cylinders
- Radioactive materials
- Flammable liquids and solids

Can I include knife or sharp objects on my baggage?

Can I bring ashes in my cabin bag?
Yes, they will allow such item as long as you have secure a copy of the death certificate and cremation certificate and the ashes are securely packaged in a suitable container. Can I pool my hold luggage and sports equipment allowance?
Yes, if you’re travelling with a friend and choose to travel with an item of hold luggage each, together with one item of small sports equipment each, say a golf bag, your total allowance is 80kg. You can split the total weight allowance any way you choose, as long as the total weight of all the hold luggage and sports equipment items doesn’t exceed 80kg, and provided no single item weighs more than 32kg.
Can I bring hair straighteners?
Hair straighteners are allowed in your cabin bag as long as they’re not gas operated. Alternatively they can be carried in your hold luggage. Gas operated hair straighteners are classed as dangerous goods and are not permitted on the flight.
What are the liquid guideline for cabin baggage?
You can carry liquids within your cabin baggage as long as they are stored in containers no bigger than 100ml and are carried in a clear, re-sealable plastic bag with maximum dimensions of 20 x 20cms. Each passenger can carry a maximum of 1000ml (e.g. 10 x 100ml). You’ll need to present your bag at security and you may be asked to dispose of liquids that do not meet these requirements
Can I bring food on-board?
Food is allowable in cabin baggage but please be conscious that it may be confiscated at customs depending on the route that you’re flying, always check the local airport restrictions and policy before you decide to bring any. A standard security regulations will allow you to carry up to 100g of food in your hand baggage if this is in liquid format. (soup or custard)

Can I cancel my flight due to sickness?
Due to the airlines policy they are not permitting ticket refund. However, this will be covered if you are have a travel insurance. You’ll be given a chance to change your flight to a future date and destination. Just login to their website “My easyJet”, find the booking you wish to change and adjust the booking with the new information needed like: new dates of travel, new destination or changes to passenger names. Do they require an ID for the children?
Children under the age of 16 travelling on domestic flights in the UK, France, Spain and Portugal are not necessary to provide ID cards if escorted by an adult that can guarantee the child’s identity. Children travelling on domestic flights in Italy must be in possession of their National Identity Card or Passport. Children travelling on international flights must have either a valid ID card or passport and any other essential documents. Specific limitations exist in relation to ID requirements for children of certain nationalities, or travelling to/from specific countries. I misspelled my name, can I still correct it?
If you have made a spelling error or shortened your name while booking your flight online, there’s no need to worry as they can correct this for you at the airport you’ll be departing free of charge.
